Coming Attractions: Christopher Nolan's INCEPTION

We're thinking that's a pretty sweet lookin' logo for Christopher Nolan's next movie, and coming from the man who brought us the Dark Knight, we would expect nothing else. Although most of fandom would appreciate the director or his Syncopy Film Studios tell them anything else, just something about INCEPTION.
Inception, which is set to open mid-summer on July 16th, stars Leonardo DiCaprio in the lead and a supporting cast right out of his last Batman film. Both Michael Caine (Alfred Pennyworth) and Cillian Murphy (Scarecrow) join DiCaprio, as well as Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ken Watanabe, Tom Hardy, and actresses Marion Cotillard and Ellen Page. And while Dark Knight devotees may be thrilled to see a few Bat-aulmni on screen once more, neither Nolan nor producing studio Warner Brothers have leaked much else about what to expect with Inception.
What is known has been gleaned from the movie's short teaser that played before very select showings of Inglorious Bastards earlier this Fall. From what we've seen and heard, DiCaprio's character Jacob is a CEO-type who becomes embroiled in a blackmailing scandal. That, and that Inception is being described as “a contemporary sci-fi actioner set within the architecture of the mind” don't give folks too much to go on.
Nevertheless, there are plenty of reasons fans are anxious about Nolan's next film, especially since one the director wraps post-production on Inception, word of his next project should follow soon after. In other words, what's up with Batman 3? Speculation and rumors have already been building as to the villains, returning actors, and even the verity of a possible viral marketing campaign now circulating the blogosphere. Stay tuned to abbracadabbling for all the info, dynamic dabblers!
