Star Trek inspires some amazing works of art, and the astoundingly creative visions of The Enterprise Project are the best we've seen all year.
Pop artists, comic book illustrators, and special effects folks around the world were provided 34-inch replicas of the Starship Enterprise used by Industrial Light + Magic in Star Trek XI in order to bring their own artistic visions to the iconic space vessel.
Robert Rodriguez, James Franco, comics superstar Jim Lee, and a talented host of others took the Enterprise down artistic avenues we're sure no man has ever taken her before.
Our favorite has to be Bobby Dixon's Enterprise Record Player, but honestly, it's a close call. You can take a good look at the entire Enterprise Project's complete model gallery at the link and let us know which one you like you best. [Link]. Enjoy!
